Booking your appointment is easy—our friendly team is here to help you every step of the way.

New clients at The Pilates Center can start with Private Appointments or our Newcomer Group Classes. From there, we can assess which classes would suit you best, based on your fitness level, familiarity with Pilates, and the Apparatus. Our goal is for every practitioner to get the most out of every class. New clients are also welcome to join our Open Level Mat Classes.
