Kate Fleck

Studio owner and teacher Kate Fleck is classically certified and has been teaching for 15 years throughout the Hudson Valley.  She completed an apprenticeship and 600-hour comprehensive classical Pilates certification through Miami Pilates with Paul Shaun Edwards in Provincetown, MA, in 2009, of the Mary Bowen lineage. Kate is committed to learning more about the Pilates method and functional movement at every opportunity, frequently participating in workshops led by renowned teachers. She has learned from many descendants of the Pilates method, including Alan Herdman, Deborah Lessen, Shari Berkowitz, Bob Liekens, and many more. But she finds her greatest teachers are the clients she works with every day.

Kate is also a Registered Nurse, specializing in Cardiology, and enjoys working to help people achieve their optimal health and wellness at all ages, body types, and limitations.

Kate is a Mom, a gardener, and a lover of the outdoors and animals. She is thrilled to have you join her at The Pilates Center.

Beth Graziano

Beth Graziano is classically certified and has been teaching for over 20 years.   She studied with, and received her Pilates Guild Certification in 1998 from Pilates "Elder" Romana Kryzanowska who was one of Joseph Pilates' principal proteges. Graziano had the distinct honor to be able to study with Romana from 1992-1998.  In addition to studying extensively with Kryzanowska, Graziano has also worked and studied with such renowned Pilates experts as Sari Mejia Santo, Bob Liekens, Leah Chaback-Katz, Alycea Ungaro, Ellie Herman, Shari Berkowitz and Blossom Leilani Crawford. Graziano continues to hone her skills by participating in continuing education workshops regularly.  

Graziano studied and taught at The Movement Center, Kingston, NY, until 1999, when she left to raise a family and teach at the then newly-formed Centering Studio. Graziano took over ownership, and renamed the studio The Pilates Center in 2012, and is responsible for the initial training of many of the certified Pilates teachers currently practicing in the Hudson Valley.

Rita grew up as a dancer, and at the age of 18 began teaching dance and choreograph for young children. In 1983, she became a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Group Fitness Instructor. She holds numerous other certifications including Step Areobics and Water Areobics. She is always taking continuing education classes and workshops from leading experts in the field of Pilates, such as Brooke Siler, Juliet Harvey, and Shari Berkowitz, and recently completed her full 600 hour certification with Juliet Harvey at Power Pilates.

Rita Loguidice

Emma became a fully certified Pilates instructor in anatomy, mat and equipment through the Kane School of Core Integration in NYC with its emphasis on anatomy, biomechanics and integrating classic Pilates principles with a modern clinical perspective on the body. She taught at three Equinox Pilates studios in NYC as a senior instructor before moving to Dynamic Body Pilates in Union Square full time in 2021 where she taught until moving upstate in 2025.

In addition she has taught mat Pilates at WIN NYC (a supportive shelter for homeless women) and chair-based Pilates programs for residents at three senior living residencies in NYC. She has completed levels 1 and 2 of FAMI (Functional Anatomy for Movement with Injuries) through the Icahn School at Mt Sinai Hospital in NYC. Continuing education includes pre-natal and post-partum training with Deb Goodman PT; and Pilates for scoliosis incorporating Schroth Method techniques (Madeline Black and Karena Thek). Emma believes passionately that movement is medicine and the key to long, healthy, pain-free living.
