The Pilates Center is the only studio in northern Dutchess County owned and operated by a classically trained, authentic, second generation teacher. Owner Beth Graziano studied under, and was certified by Romana Kryzanowska, one of the principal "Elders" trained by Joseph Pilates himself.
The Pilates Center's fully certified instructors tailor the principles of the Pilates Method to suit each student's unique health and fitness needs. Whether in a private lesson or a group setting, our supervised program continually ensures your workouts meet your changing needs and strengths.
