CLASSES
GROUP CLASSES
A variety of group classes -- apparatus and mat -- are offered each week. Classes include two to six people
depending on the equipment used. Group classes offer a variety of Pilates exercises using different pieces of equipment including the reformer, chair, and barrel. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy.
SCHEDULE
Group classes are scheduled throughout each week with different instructors. Get a current class schedule here, call 845-876-5114, or email pilatescenterrhinebeck@gmail.com. Private sessions are available depending on instructor availability. If you are new to the studio or looking for a private session, please call or email rather than using the online scheduler.
CLASS PACKAGES
Introductory class packages and group class packages are available for purchase. More information on pricing is available here.
SPECIAL NEEDS
All of our instructors are trained to deal with special needs, including many injuries, pregnancy, and other physical limitations. Please speak to your instructor if any new issues have developed since your last visit or contact the studio before you arrive at 845-876-5114 to discuss any concerns you may have.
